The people with this attitude may get a ‘better’ service. The service that looks better on the surface. This means there is a lot of pretentiousness in this type of relationship. The focus can shift from providing good care to defensive care. If you do not like a physician or the hospital or any other member of the healthcare team, discuss the issue or look for alternatives.
